Yacht crew have always provisioned from spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads and memory. yuzu is the first platform built to replace all of that: a curated marketplace and provisioner network, built from the galley up. The idea took shape far from any marina: a conversation about the daily friction crew face sourcing supplies in unfamiliar ports.
What started as a simple question (what would actually make this easier?) became yuzu: a single place to find vetted suppliers, build a shopping list, and send it out for competitive quotes. A vetted house of suppliers competing on quality and price, so crew stop chasing and start comparing.
